The young son of former Special Forces soldier Sara vanishes without a trace while visiting the US consulate in Frankfurt. Furthermore, nobody appears to recall him ever entering the building. The consulate asks Sara to leave. However, she is aware that the consulate is inaccessible to German authorities. She might not be permitted to return to the property if she leaves now. Unaware that the noose of a perilous intrigue is tightening around her neck, Sara vanishes into the maze of the consulate in her desperate search for her child.
