This compelling story, which takes place in Punjab in the 1840s, follows the course of a river where two villages' lives are entwined. Tensions rise after the death of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh when Jangi Jahan and his cronies, motivated by malice, unexpectedly attack the wealthy village of Sardar Akaal Singh (Gippy Grewal). Jangi Jahan seeks revenge and pursues his hidden agenda, breaking a truce with the river and organizing his forces as Akaal Singh and his friends bravely defend their village.
